区域电子信息产业发展的评价指标体系研究

随着中国电子信息产业的蓬勃发展,找出制约当地电子信息产业发展的因素,是一项重要课题。电子信息产业具有知识、技术含量高,产品更新快,风险高、收益高特征。建立区域电子信息产业评价指标体系的原则,是定量与定性结合、选用通用指标等。评价指标体系的内容,包括评价指标体系结构、每一指标的含义和选取指标说明。建议完善电子信息产业统计的信息采集、信息分析和信息发布系统。

The evaluation index system used in regional electronical information industry

The electronical information industry is developing at a fast speed in China and is producing some problems as well. It is necessary to find out causes of these problems which are restricting the development of regional electronical information industry.This paper analyzed the general characteristics of the electronical information industry first. It proposed the principles in setting up the evaluation index system in the electronical information industry. It mainly discusses the content of the index system,including the structure,the meaning of each index and how to interpret the index.
