| 摘 要： | 从运用经济学方法分析环境问题所遇到的困难入手,指出纯粹的经济理性不仅不能解决而且恰恰导致了现实的环境问题。通过分析生态理性、法律理性以及二者与经济理性三者之间的关系,提出我们必须实现从经济理性到生态理性和法律理性的转向,只有将三者结合起来,才有望解决我们当前面临的严重的环境危机。

| Abstract: | The article points out that economic methods have difficulties on analyzing environmental problems, and pure economic reason can not solve but lead to the environmental problems exactly. By analyzing ecological reason, legal reason and the relationship between them two and economic reason, the article puts forward that we must realize the transformation from economic reason to ecological reason and legal reason, and only by the combination of the three, can we solve the environmental problems at present. |
