| 摘 要： | 据分析,战略联盟多半都会解体。导致战略联盟解体的主要原因有联盟协议重商、预期支付变化 和信息结构变换等。而联盟解体的表现通常为:战略调整、结构不稳定和管理误区等,只要联盟出现这类情况,通 常就预示着它将要解体。但解体并不意味着联盟战略失败,在某些情况下,这本身就是企业战略的组成部分。

| Abstract: | The strategic alliance will be dissolved sooner or later. This paper firstly analyzes the main reasons from the agreement re-negotiation, the changes of the expected revenue, and the transformation of the information structure. Then, three aspects, namely, strategy adjustment, the instability of the structure, and the poor management, are discussed. The occurrence of any of the three situations forebodes the dissolution of the strategic alliance. However, the dissolution does not always mean failure. Finally, the paper tackles some problems involving the assurance of a sound running of the strategic alliance. |
