| 摘 要： | 异产毗连关系是基于异产毗连房屋发生在区分所有人之间的财产关系.异产毗连法律关系的主体拥有区分所有权、共有权、相邻权和成员权.区分所有权是区分所有人对其 单元房(套房)内使用面积和阳台面积范围内房屋结构所拥有的权利.共有权是全体共有人或部分共有人对整栋楼或其部分共用设施、设备及其范围内的房屋结构、地面等所拥有的共有权.

| Abstract: | The relations of adjoined properties are based on the property relations among owners of adjoined houses. The subjects of the adjoined property legal relations possess the partitive ownership, common ownership, neighboring right and membership. Partitive ownership is the right to own the apartment itself and the platform. The common ownership is the right for all owners in the same building to share all or part of the facilities and the structure of the building. |
