| 摘 要： | 学校改进是学校成员自我反思和提升的过程。在这一过程中,校长的领导力发挥着重要的作用。校长的领导力有许多表现,理念是校长在学校改进中的重要领导力。但校长理念的形成有着不同的认识基础,有的认识是正确的,有的认识是错误的。这就需要校长不断提升认识,以便形成正确的理念。校长的理念不仅要正确地表达,还要落实在教育教学实践之中,这样才能体现校长领导力的生命意义。当校长将正确的理念与实际行动融为一体的时候,就会在实践中产生领导力的升华,为学生创造更多的成长机会。 |

| Abstract: | School improvement is a process of self-reflection and enhancing to members of the school.In this process,the leadership of the principal plays an important role.There are many performances of the principal leadership,the idea is the important leadership of principals in school improvement.But the principal idea of the formation has different knowledge bases,and some are correct,some are not.This requires that the principal is rising awareness in order to form correct ideas.The principal idea is not only to express rightly,but also to implement in the practice of the education and teaching so that can reflect the meaning of life of the principal leadership.When the principal integrates the correct idea with the real action,it will produce the sublimation of the principal leadership in the practice and create more growth opportunities for the students. |
