| 摘 要： | 农民工收入是当今社会关注的焦点,教育、工作经验等对其收入的影响也是学术界探讨的热点。本文基于调研数据,主要考察教育与工作经验对收入的影响是否受性别因素的干扰,即影响的性别偏向。研究发现,其影响主要表现在直接影响上,性别对教育水平、工作经验作用的干扰偏向并不明显。
