| 摘 要： | 本文尝试将分析经济总量变化的经济增长理论应用于分析部门关系的经济发展问题,通过索洛模型中劳动力增长率的内生化,以非农部门经济变量为基础建立了分析二元经济剩余劳动力转移的模型,并对我国非农部门投资率与人均资本变化对剩余劳动力转移的影响进行了考察,结果表明模型能较好地解释中国经济发展过程中的剩余劳动力转移现象。
