| 摘 要： | 国有资产监管是一个世界性的课题，一些国家在其经济发展过程中形成了以日本韩国为代表的高度集权的管理模式、以法国意大利英国等国为代表的适度放宽的管理模式、以美国瑞典等国为代表的所有权和经营权分离模式。分析这些国家国有资产监管的做法和经验，可以给我们提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | As an international issue,state assets supervision has developed into three models,i.e.highly centralized management in Japan and South Korea,moderate management in France,Italy and England,separate management of proprietary rights and business rights in the U.S.and Sweden.An analysis of these models of state assets supervision will bring us some useful revelations. |
