《广雅疏证》训诂术语“之言”探析

＂之言＂是常用的训诂术语,前人对它的含义及用法有不同的看法。《广雅疏证》是一部由训诂学向语源学推进的辉煌巨著,在考察统计＂之言＂在该书中的使用分布情况之后,发现＂之言＂涉及的词（字）除大多指同源词外,还可能指通假字、联绵词或名物词的不同书写形式等,有时甚至只是一般性地解释词义,理解时应具体问题具体分析。

Exploring the Terms of Zhiyan in Guang Ya Shu Zheng

Zhiyan,a regularly used interpretive term,was attached with different connotations and usages.After a statistical survey of the distribution and usage of ＂zhiyan＂ in Guang Ya Shu Zheng,a magnificent work at,and promoting,the transition from hermeneutics to etymology,it is found that the term may refer to interchangeable characters and various graphical forms of uninterruptible words and concrete nouns,in addition to words of the same etymological origins,Sometimes,zhiyan is possibly only an ordinary explanation of other words.Hence understanding of the term should be context-specific.
