| 摘 要： | 高校＂青马工程＂长效机制是个综合机制链,理论学习机制、实践锻炼机制、文化育人机制、跟踪培养机制、激励促进机制、评估考核机制和保障落实机制等具体机制相互联系、相互促进构成了其基本框架。在实践中,应该采取有效措施落实好各项具体机制,探索出一条全方位、全过程、多层次推进高校实施＂青马工程＂的现实路径。
