Writers and poets in Tang and Song Dynasties and the Bashu culture

Bashu culture since ancient times has given birth to many great talents. During the Tang and Song Dynasties when there was developed economy and culture, a group of non native writers and poets had even been attracted to live in the area, thus forming a peak period when most poets traveled to the place. The emergence of this phenomenon is facilitated by a variety of factors: prosperous Bashu economy and its colorful urban culture; the historical background of the Tang and Song writers and poets; and the inclusiveness of Bashu culture.
