| Abstract: | Based on data and existing research, by using the method of behavior analysis and quantitative anal ysis, the migrant workers demand for labor unions and evaluation of performance are proved. Empirical conclu sions on the improvement of labor services, new generation of migrant workers work, improving union service of the new generation of migrant workers mechanism are proposed. |
