| 摘 要： | 近年来,检察官职业道德素养不断提高,但也出现了少数检察官执法不公、执法不严、违法办案、为检不廉,有的甚至贪赃枉法、索贿受贿、参与黑社会性质犯罪等。据统计,2012年因违法违纪被依法追究刑事责任的检察人员有124人。剖析其原因,职业道德失衡是重要内因之一。因此,加强检察官职业道德建设的途径研究,对提升检察官职业道德修养,增强执法公信力具有极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years, professional ethics of prosecutors continues to improve, but there have been tew prosecutor denial of justice, lax enforcement of investigators for the prosecution is not inexpensive, and some e- ven corrupt, bribery, criminal syndicate involved and so on. According to statistics, 124 people shall be investi- gated for criminal prosecutors in 2012. Analyze its causes, ethics imbalances are important internal one. There- fore, strengthening professional ethics of prosecutor is extremely important to enhance the professional ethics of prosecutors, and enhance the credibility of law enforcement. |
