| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨了民营企业在加强内部管理中建立健全质量体系的问题。笔者认为，民营企业在运营中按照ＩＳＯ９０００族标准建立健全质量体系，是加强企业内部管理的一种有效手段，可以逐步解决目前在发展中存在的许多问题，为民营企业保持可持续发展的活力，进一步上台阶提供组织与管理上的保证。

| Abstract: | The establishment and perfection of quality systems in the internal management of private enterprises are discussed in this paper. The writer maintain s that private enterprises should set up and perfect quality systems according t o the ISO9000 standard in business operation, which, as an effective way of the internal business management, will gradually solve many existing problems in the development and keep these private enterprises active and vigorous for a sustainable development both in organization and management. |
