| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代末以来,我国学界掀起了一股研究市民社会的热潮。市民社会具有国家与社会分离、社会高度自治特征。我国基层的社区实践在兴起的背景、基本原则、自治主体、建设目的等方面与市民社会构建具有很大程度上的契合,它将有可能推动我国市民社会的发育和成长,从而成为我国市民社会构建的实验性的现实平台。
