论社会公德意识与环境危机

党的十六届四中全会提出构建社会主义“和谐社会”理念，而社会安定有序、人与自然和谐相处是构建和谐社会的重要内容。一个社会要保持良好的秩序，除了具备健全的法律外，良好的道德秩序特别是社会公德对维护社会秩序具有十分重要的作用。然而，事与愿违，当前我国社会公德的现状却并不令人满意，社会公德意识严重阙失。爱护环境、保护自然是处理人与自然关系的最基本的一条道德律令。而当今的环境危机已经威胁到了人类的生死存亡，可见，解决环境危机，实现人与自然的和谐，加强公民的社会公德意识已成为当务之急。

On the Consciousness of the Social Morality and Environmental Crisis

The concept of the construction of Hamonoius Society is put forward in the 4th plenum of 16th CCP,which chief content inoluds the social stability,harmonious communication between human beings and nature.In order to keep the good sicial order,good moral order is essential and plays a very important role besides perfect law.But the present conditions of the social morality are not sastisfactory.to treasure the ev- iornment and protect the nature is the basic ethic to dael with the the ralationaship between the human being and the nature.The enviornmental crisis has threatened human's life.Therefore,it is the key task to solve env- iornmetal crisis,realize harmony of human and nature,and strenthen citizens' consciousness of the social morality at present.
