| 摘 要： | WTO争端解决机制作为WTO法律体系的核心制度之一,自形成以来已获WTO成员的普遍认可,在国际贸易争端解决中发挥着重要的作用,也是今后各国解决国际贸易争端的主要途径。然而,我国由于入世时间不长,缺乏对WTO争端解决机制的深刻了解,在国际贸易争端处理中往往处于劣势地位。本文重在研究如何有效运用WTO争端解决机制,以保证我国国际经贸活动的顺利开展,从2008年7月18日"中国汽车零部件进口管理措施案"的终裁引入,虽肯定WTO争端解决机制所取得的巨大进步,但客观地指出我国运用该机制仍存在诸多问题,并针对不足探讨我国运用WTO争端解决机制的应对措施。
