关于高等职业教育实践教学的研究

摘    要:目前,尚未有一个较为完善的适合高等职业教育的教学模式,尤其实践教学环节更是缺乏行之有效的教学模式,为此,研究适合高等职业教育的实践教学模式,具有现实意义和深远意义。高等职业教育应科学定位,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,加大人才培养模式的改革力度。改革后实践教学模式具有四个特点:(1)学工交替化;(2)实践教学手段多样化;(3)一专多能;(4)全面发展。实践教学应分为五个模块;基本实验模块、学工交替实践模块、教学互动实践模块、岗位专门技术实践模块、专业综合实践模块。

Abstract:At present there hasn't a perfect teaching modal which is suitable for higher profession education, especially the practice teaching section lacks an effective modal. Therefore, it is practically significant to study the practice leaning in higher profession education. Higher profession education should have a scientific orientation, focuses on service for the mass, emphasizes the employment of the students and strengthen the reform of cultivating model. The reformed model has the following features: the alteration of learning and working, the comprehension of practice teaching methods, multiple function in one major. The practice teaching has five sections: basic experiment section, the section of learning and working alteration, teaching and learning motivation section, professional skill section and professional comprehensive section.
