| 摘 要： | 随着我国四大国有商业银行纷纷从农村撤出,非正规金融在农村地区象雨后春笋般迅速壮大,并为农村社会与经济发展提供了有力的金融支持.因此对待农村非正规金融,绝不能简单地否定或取缔它,而应持辩证的观点,因势利导,充分发挥其对农村经济发展的促进作用.
