订单农业履约困境的根源及发展方向——以黑龙江省某企业“期货+订单”为例

通过对订单农业履约困境的分析，认为其内在根源是由价格引起的风险在订单双方主体之间分担不合理造成的。订单农业今后的发展方向可能还是将期货引入订单农业。通过对黑龙江省某企业与农户玉米“期货＋订单”的案例分析，结果表明在订单中引入期货，不仅能为企业在制定订单产品价格时提供指导，而且能有效分散企业事后由价格条款所带来的风险，保证企业履约。
