抗战时期西安的城市防空建设论述

抗战时期,日本军队为破坏中国抗日的有生力量和战争潜力,摧毁中国政府和人民的抗战意志,开始对中国抗战的后方基地展开疯狂轰炸,基于日军的大规模的轰炸和空袭压力的紧迫性,国民政府和西安防空当局逐步构建了以防空协会、防空司令部为主要内容的西安防空机构。在防空机构构建的同时,战时防空具体措施也随之展开,主要包括开展防空教育、构筑防空工事、组织防空疏散等。

A Discussion of Air Defense Construction in Xi'an in the Resistance War against Japan

During the Anti-Japanese War,in order to undermine China＇s anti-Japanese war potential and destruct the Chinese Government and people＇s antiwar will,the Japanese army began to bomb on the Chinese base crazily.Due to the Japanese large-scale aerial bombardment and the urgent stress of air attack,the National Government and Xi’an air defense authorities began to build air defense organization which conained air defense and association commands.At the same time as,wartime specific measures also started,such as carrying out air-defense education,building air defenses,and Organizing evacuation.
