和谐世界新理念的历史文化支点

继国内提出构建和谐社会理念之后,中央领导集体在国际上提出了构建和谐世界外交新理念。这一理念既是为了回应“中国威胁论”之类的论调,更是中国尚“和”民族精神在新时代条件下的彰显。中庸与和谐是东西方共有的思想与理念,这使得和谐世界的构建具有了被各国认同的心理基础。但是,从我国的角度来说,马克思主义仍是指导思想。

New Ideas of the Meanings in the Harmonious World

Following the idea of the domestic building of a harmonious society proposed, the party put forward in the international community to build a harmonious world. The idea is not only in response to the argument of ＂China threat＂, it is still the show of China＇ s national spirit of ＂peace＂ in the new era. The golden mean and harmony are common idea of the East and the West, which make the building of a harmonious world the psychological basis which has been recognized by countries. But from the perspective of our country, Marxism is still the guiding ideology.
