| 摘 要： | 市域社会治理是国家治理的重要维度,推进市域治理现代化对提高国家治理能力和治理水平具有重大意义。法治是国家治理的有力武器,在市域社会治理现代化进程中需要构建相应的法治保障机制。从目前我国市域社会治理现状出发,着重分析各地市域社会治理工作中存在的问题并提出相应的法治保障机制,旨在为我国市域社会治理现代化的发展提供思路。

| Abstract: | Urban social governance is an important dimension of national governance. The promotion of modernization of urban governance is of great significance to improve the ability and level of national governance. Legal governance is a powerful weapon of national governance. In the process of modernization of urban social governance, it is necessary to build a corresponding legal protection mechanism. Based on the current situation of urban social governance in China, the problems are focused in the current urban social governance and the corresponding legal protection mechanism are put forward in order to provide ideas for the development of modernization of urban social governance in China. |
