略论经济共同犯罪行为

伴随着经济全球化的发展，市场经济在给人类带来丰富物质成果的同时也滋生了大量的经济犯罪活动。而隐蔽性强、安全性高的更为复杂的共同经济犯罪行为在成为犯罪分子首选的同时也给我们的司法实践带来了前所未有的挑战。在共犯理论尚未充足、经济犯罪形势严峻的前提下，研究经济领域的共同犯罪就显得尤为困难。本文结合经济行为的特点，从行为角度对共同经济犯罪进行理论分析与探讨，以期在经济犯罪共犯认定上有所贡献。

Scientific nature of “sound of a cannon in October Revolution sent us Marxism-Leninism”

At present, there are mainly four different kinds of viewpoints on when Marxism started to spread in China:“Theory of October Revolution”, “Theory of May 4th Movement”, “Confusion theory of October Revolution and May 4th Movement”, and “Negative theory of October Revolution”. The judgment of “the sound of cannon in October Revolution sent us Marxism-Leninism” proposed by Mao Zedong in 1949 has been questioned in academic circles. However, through textual research, the judgment not only has rationality in the spreading history of Marxism, but also has legitimacy in its historical context. When understanding the classical judgment, contemporary Marxists should have the theoretical consciousness of respecting historical facts, returning to text narrative context, and insisting on scientific research methods, etc.
