辽宁省能源效率、能源消费与经济增长的动态关系

采用1990—2016年样本数据,基于MSIH(2)-VAR(3)模型研究辽宁省能源效率、能源消费与经济增长的动态关系。结果表明:辽宁省经济增长与能源消费之间的相关性具有明显的区制转换特征,能源效率与经济增长、能源消费与经济增长的关系均呈U型走势,并且能源效率、能源消费与经济增长的关系较为稳定。通过脉冲响应函数发现能源效率、能源消费对经济增长的冲击反应较大并且具有持续性特征。因此,政府应当着眼于能源效率、能源消费与经济增长长期政策的制定,避免短期行为。在当前阶段,要着重推动能源效率、能源消费的提升,以促进辽宁省经济增长。

On dynamic relationship between energy efficiency,energy consumption and economic growth in Liaoning Province

The dynamic relationships are studied between energy efficiency, energy consumption and economic growth in Liaoning Province based on MSIH(2)-VAR(3)model and the sample data from 1990—2016. The results show that the correlation between economic growth and energy consumption in Liaoning Province has obvious characteristics of district system transformation, the relationships between energy efficiency and economic growth, energy consumption and economic growth are both in U-shaped status. And the relationship between energy efficiency, energy consumption and economic growth is relatively stable. The impulse response function shows that the impact of energy efficiency and energy consumption on economic growth is relatively larger and has the characteristics of sustainability. Therefore, the government should focus on the formulation of long-term policies of energy efficiency, energy consumption and economic growth to avoid short-term behavior. At present, the improvement of energy efficiency and energy consumption should be promoted, so as to promote the economic growth in Liaoning Province.
