评价中心在外语听说教学中的改造和运用

摘    要:通过理论分析,主要用于人事测评领域的评价中心完全有运用于外语听说教学中的可行性;通过实证研究,可以发现,经过适应性改造后的评价中心对学生的外语听说能力有正向的影响;从对学生外语听说能力影响的方式来说,评价中心在发展性、全面性等方面对学生的影响最大,在真实性方面的影响居其次,在公正性方面的影响效果不太明显。尽管评价中心存在一些缺陷,但仍然是辅助外语听说教学的好工具。

Abstract:Theoretically, assessment center, mainly used in human resources, can also be used in foreign language listening and speaking teaching. Consequent empirical study shows that the adapted assessment center has positive influence on the sample students' listening and speaking achievement. The most important factors in assessment center that exert influence on the listening and speaking ability are its functions of promoting development and complete assessing, and the second important factor is its assessing authenticity, but its fairness effect is not obvious. In spite of its shortcomings, assessment center is an excellent assis- ting tool in foreign language listening and speaking teaching.
