新疆绿洲经济活动的非连续性及封闭性研究

受区域生态环境的影响,新疆绿洲经济活动普遍具有非连续性、封闭性、局限性和不平衡性特征1],经济规模小而内向,生态约束性强,市场化动力不足,城市化、工业化进程缓慢。绿洲经济是以封闭流域为单元的流域经济,应按流域生态规律来统一规划和协调绿洲经济发展,把专业化和区域协作建立在流域内部的统一性和流域之间的差异性基础上,以克服市场化结构和布局矛盾。

Studies on the No-Continuity and Closure of Oasis Economy Activity in Xingjiang

Oasis economic development generally has the quality of non-successive closure,limitation and the non-balance affected by the regional ecological environment.Its economic size is small and indrawn, and greatly confined by the ecology and inadequately marketable drive.It restricts the accelerated urbanization and industrialization. On the basis of non-successive and closed oasis economy, it should put forward the development strategy.That may resolve the marketable problem by strengthening open circulation,taking the "relative collection development strategy", building big cities,large base,great channel,overcoming the contradiction of marketable structure and layout, developing the catchment's ecological economy.
