摘    要:核心竞争力是目前众多中国企业及企业家所重视并精心打造的一种竞争优势,在其诸多构成要素中,笔者认为诚信与服务是保险企业核心竞争力的重要因素.保险企业必须重视诚信与服务,努力处理好二者与核心竞争力之间的关系.

Abstract:Core competition has an advantage that a lot of Chinese enterprises and enterprisers think highly of. Among so many components of modern enterprises, both honesty and service are essential to insurance enterprises' core competition. Therefore, insurance enterprises must pay attention to honesty and service and try to cope with the relationship between them.
