中国证券公司领导权配置模式及其对公司绩效的影响分析

摘    要:本文深入剖析了我国证券公司领导权配置模式,并对比分析了不同类型的领导权配置模式对公司绩效的影响。研究表明,我国证券公司主要存在哑铃模式、蘑菇模式、橄榄模式以及圆柱模式等四种类型的领导权配置模式,其中蘑菇模式是我国证券公司领导权配置的主流和推荐选择;我国证券公司党委的政治核心作用配置于决策权更有利于提高公司绩效。本文的研究对于规范和加强我国证券公司党委的政治核心作用、进一步完善我国证券公司治理机制具有重要意义。
Abstract:
