论可持续发展的法理基础及法律价值

为解决人类面临的日益严重的生态危机、环保压力,世界各国纷纷提出可持续发展的战略。我国也不例外,在依法治国的大背景下,要贯彻落实可持续发展战略,必须解决好其与法律的关系。首先初步探讨可持续发展的法理基础,然后从公平价值、秩序价值、自由价值、和谐性价值、可持续价值、为法治奠定新的物质与道德基础几个方面分析可持续发展的法律价值。

On the Legal Foundation and Legal Value of Sustainable Development
