| 摘 要： | 网络犯罪作为计算机犯罪的一种类型,是较为高级的新型犯罪。当前,网络犯罪正在迅速发展并呈现出若干不同的表现形式。本文从网络犯罪的定义入手,分析网络犯罪的表现形式,探讨网络犯罪的犯罪构成,并提出有效的法律对策。
