| 摘 要： | 邓小平管理思想在中国乃至世界管理思想史上占有重要的地位.邓小平管理思想作为邓小平理论的有机组成部分,它既是中国社会主义管理思想发展过程中的一个重要环节,又与中国传统管理思想以及西方资产阶级管理思想有着明显的不同.邓小平管理思想是中国化的马克思主义管理思想体系,它为丰富和发展马克思主义的管理理论作出了重大的历史贡献.

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's management ideology occupies a prominent position in the history of management ideology. Being an integral part of Deng Xiaoping Theory, it is a vital link in the chain of China's management ideology development. But, at the same time, it is remarkably distinct from its traditional Chinese or Western Bourgeois counterparts. It has greatly enriched Marxist management ideology. |
