日本企业社会责任规范模式

通过比较日本法关于企业社会责任发展的新模式与已有日本法中关于企业社会责任之规范模式,辩证地分析了日本法中关于企业社会责任规范之优劣,综合归纳出日本法中关于企业社会责任之规范特点,并为完善中国相关法律制度指明方向：中国公司法中,应置入一般性规定来规范企业社会责任的问题,在未来中国关于企业社会责任的规范模式应考量借鉴日本法,即以自律规则作为规范主轴,加强企业自身的社会责任意识。

Social responsibility of Japanese corporates in regulations

This paper compares the social responsibility of the Japanese enterprise＇s new developing model with that of their set model and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the social responsibility in their laws.The paper summarizes their features and provides the possible orientation for China＇s related departments when they perfect the the corresponding laws.In China＇s company law,the ordinary regulations should be added to the law to standardize the social responsibility.Besides,the social responsibility should be taken as one of the required provisions for the enterprises so as to standardize their doings and promote the social responsibility.
