| Abstract: | Non-government economy in Henan has a big gap comparing with the developed areas along the coast.It will be a certain choice to analyze by comparing the factors of the gap and the barrier in the development procession and to provide the effective countermeasures,in order to accelerate the non-government economy development in Henan. |
