| 摘 要： | 21世纪，高等工程教育的发展在经济社会的重要地位逐渐显现，工科专业作为教育的重要部分，工科专业人才的培养必须适应当前经济、科技、文化和高等教育的发展趋势，符合新世纪创新人才培养要求。培养高校工科专业人才应首先采取创新型的工科专业人才培养模式；其次建构大工程教育的实践观、整体观及发展观，构建开放式工程训练体系的创新型教育；最后开展终身教育和国际教育，以提高工科专业人才的创新素质。
