| 摘 要： | 基于广东省两个市的360份有效调查问卷,分别从收益、成本、合约稳定性以及完成流转困难感受难易程度4个维度考察不同模式的农地承包经营权流转效率发现,农业龙头企业参与农地流转的综合效率最高,其次是普通农户,农民专业合作社的综合效率最低.为了更好地促进农地流转发展,应该积极引导有实力的农业龙头企业参与农地流转,加强农地使用权交易市场制度建设,进一步完善农民专业合作社组织治理结构.

| Abstract: | Based on the valid answers to 360 questionnaires from 2 cities in Guangdong Province,concerning four dimensions of the revenues,costs,contract stability,and transfer difficulties to a comprehensive survey of the efficiency of the different patterns of farmland transfer,we find that the leading agricultural enterprises have the highest comprehensive efficiency,followed by the ordinary farmers,and the farmers specialized cooperatives’efficiency is the lowest one.In order to promote the farmland transfer better,the leading agricultural enterprises should be guided to participate in the transfer,so as to strengthen the right market for transaction,and to improve the governance structure of the farmers’professional cooperative organizations. |
