| 摘 要： | 通过对比中西方文化中的“和谐’’理念，笔者发现这两者有很多共通之处，并将这一观念运用到翻译中，尝试建立一种新的翻译标准，即翻译的“和谐”准则：只有作者和读者同时达到和谐才能保证整个翻译的和谐，才能达到那种内外协调、上下有序、与周围事物能够很好地融合在一起的自然之美。

| Abstract: | This paper compares the notion of ＂harmony＂ both in Chinese culture and western culture,, discovering they have a lot of similar features. Based on this notion used in translation, a new translation standard is intended to be established, i.e. ＂harmonious＂ principle. Only when the writer and readers achieve harmony at the .same time can the harmony of the whole translation and natural beauty be ensured, which shows the internal and external coordination while all things are integrated well. |
