| 摘 要： | 社会网络研究在理论发展和经验研究的过程中已经体现出了不同的研究趋势。其中．社会网络研究的理性工具化发展趋势与资源资本化发展趋势是两个突出的表现。对这两个发展趋势的分析和阐释．可以进一步展现社会网络研究的实质和内涵。同时，在社会网络研究发展的过程中也存在一些问题。对这些问题的分析将会对社会网络研究，尤其是对社会网络的经验性研究提供理论性指导。
