| 摘 要： | 在对近几年兴起的我国大学科技产业考察的基础上，探讨了大学科技产业在区域创新体系中的地位和作用。认为随着知识经济的兴起，创新和自主创新是源动力；知识创新和技术创新是直接的推动力；大学是区域创新和自主创新的重要载体和源泉。科技企业是区域创新的主体，新兴的大学科技产业作为二者的结合，在区域创新体系中具有先导性和主体性的重要地位和作用。
