| 摘 要： | 托马斯.沃尔夫是20世纪30年代美国著名小说家.在他的四部长篇小说中,<天使,望故乡>是一部自传最强的作品.作者选择甘特一家的生活发展片断,勾勒出了20世纪初美国人的生活、精神状况.由于受到现代哲学与弗洛伊德心理学理论的影响,托马斯‘沃尔夫能熟练地将哲学思想应用到作品中,反映了他对每个人类个体与人生的哲学思考与理解.从自我主义、爱与信仰的缺失、怨恨与死亡的恐惧等方面入手,分析了作品与叔本华人生哲学之间的关系,解释了美国一战后人们普遍的价值观,也进一步展示与重构了人类存在中的悲观意义.
