On the Opportunity of Ideological and Political Education

The world outlook, the outlook on life and the sense of value of a man do not take shape or develop in a linear way. Instead they may do so in several important experiences of a man during different phases of his life. These important experiences, which play a key role in shaping a man's attitudes towards the life and the world, provide an opportunity for ideological and polilical work, whose characteristic is opportunity. The present paper analyses and probes into the conditions and features of the opportunities for the ideological and political education.
