我国非国有企业经营战略问题分析与对策调整

摘    要:目前,我国非国有企业在经营战略方面存在着诸如战略缺失、战略模糊、战略断裂等问题,此外还有企业家独断战略与集体决策、企业整体发展盲目求大与主业做强、不加取舍地模仿他人与自我创新,战略不成体系与制度化之间的矛盾。它们形成的主要原因在于主客观两个方面,而主观上非国有企业家是否正确地发挥了作用成为种种问题产生的决定性原因。为了解决这些问题。需要以企业家为首的管理层改变经营理念,培养灵活战略,推行“散合散合”式战略决策模式,确保非国有企业经营战略从分析、制定、实施、评价到监控的完整性和动态性特点。

Abstract:At present, a number of problems and conflicts are found in those non - state -owned enterprises in China, such as lack of strategy, misunderstanding of strategy and breaking down of strategy, as well as conflicts between dictatorial strategy and collective decision, between imitation and creation, and between being non systematic and being systematic. To solve these problems, the thorough adjustment from the directive board is badly needed. First, entrepreneurs should adjust the connotation of management, and make it more flexible. Second, a strategic and analytic system based on knowledge and internet economy should be set up. Third, discussion involving all employees and decision by the directive board is needed. Fourth, dynamic features of the management strategy and systematic arrangement should be formed.
