| Abstract: | According to the degree that the author conceals in the fiction,poetics and linguistics as well as character and culture of heroes,this thesis analyzes interior monologue in Ulysses in a comparatively detailed way.Furthermore it illustrates there are three forms of interior monologue in this novel:direct and indirect interior monologue,metaphor and metonymy interior monologue,and consecutive and free interior monologue. |
