| 摘 要： | 商业银行作为金融业的骨干，它的发展对金融业有很大的影响。文章通过对我国商业银行内部控制的现状及存在问题进行分析，基于我国商业银行内部控制系统建设所面对的现实条件和制约因素，提出建立适合我国商业银行的内部控制机制。
