| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制和教育体制改革 ,中央民族大学教师队伍整体年龄趋于合理 ,职务结构有新改善 ,学历结构有新提高 ,待遇有新改善。但仍需加强政治素质、业务素质的培训 ,建立奖励竞争机制 ,积极开展教师的出国交流进修活动 ,培养一支先进的师资队伍 ,发展重点学科建设。

| Abstract: | Along with the reformation on economic and educational system,to the Central University for Nationalities,its teacher troops' whole age segment is being finer,the job construction having improved,educational background construction having exalted,and treatment having had new improvement.But they still need to enhance the training on political and work accomplishments.We need to establish the reward competition mechanism and to positively organize activities letting our teachers go abroad to attend the further studies and academic communication.We have to educate a forerunner teacher's troops and develop important course construction. |
