| 摘 要： | 早期国家形成过程中最有影响力的有两种模式论 :氏族模式论 (氏族→部落→部落联盟→国家 )和酋邦模式论 (群队→部落→酋邦→国家 )。一部分学者认为氏族模式过时了 ,主张用酋邦模式代替氏族模式。但仍有一些学者固守氏族模式论是惟一正确的国家起源模式。其实 ,这两种观点都存在片面性 ,本文提出一种新的国家起源模式 :氏族→部族→分化社会→原始国家。
