| 摘 要： | 西部地区发展滞后的主要原因是城市化滞后。西部地区严重的城乡分割的现代化工业城市和工业基地与落后的脆弱的非国有经济和原始农业并存的典型的二元经济结构制约西部城市化的发展。根据西部特点选择合适的城市发展战略 ,通过促进西部农业产业化、工业化和市场化来促进西部城市化发展

| Abstract: | Lag of urbanization is the main cause for the lag of development in western area. The separation of town and country as well as the typically dual economic structure, which consists of both modern industrialized cities and backward primitive agricultures, has become the obstacle to the urbanization in the area. The urbanization strategy that fits the characteristics of western area will push forward the industrialization of agriculture, and market orientation of the whole economy. |
