| 摘 要： | 随着中国东盟经贸和交往关系的日益密切和便捷,跨国犯罪问题也日趋突出.区域内的刑事司法协助机制的建立具有必要性和迫切性.区域内的刑事司法协助机制应包括区域内国家之间的双边机制和区域集团的多边机制,在解决传统与非传统安全两个方面的问题上进行司法协助.
