| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,党和政府始终把促进就业作为国民经济和社会发展的战略性任务,并将列入宏观调控的主要目标,但我国劳动力就业与社会发展不和谐的问题仍然十分突出。构建社会主义和谐社会,要进一步处理好市场调节就业与政府促进就业的关系,积极探究政府促进就业的着力点及其思路,搞好政府促进就业的配套建设。

| Abstract: | The CPC and Governments always take promoting employment of labor force as a stratagic task of economy and social development and as main goal of adjusting and controlling.But the disharmonious problem between employment of labor force and socical development is still quite prominent.To construct our harmonious socialism society we should deal with the relation better between taking employment by marketing adjusting and governments promoting.We also need to explore measures which are important for promoting employment of labor force and do them well. |
