| 摘 要： | DNA双螺旋结构的发现，给人类社会带来巨大的影响．具有划时代的意义。回顾DNA双螺旋模型建立的背景和过程，科学家Wasron和Crick获得成功的因素不外乎：正确的科学方法、学科的交叉与融合、科学家完善的知识结构、良好的科研合作。青年科学工作者应当认真借鉴这些因素。

| Abstract: | The discovery of DNA double helix is an epoch-making event which deeply influenced human society. This paper reviews how it was discovered. The success of scientists Waston and Crick is attributed to theses factors, appropriate scientific method, cross-disciplinary study, rational knowledge structure, intimate scientific cooperation. For younger researchers, it＇s worthy of learning from these factors. |
